Rabbi Jerome Epstein (WZO)

Board Member

Rabbi Jerome Epstein is Executive Vice President of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, having served the organization in a variety of capacities for some thirty years.  Before joining the United Synagogue, he served as spiritual leader in Conservative congregations in Galveston, Texas and Portsmouth, Virginia.  He is currently a member of both the Executive Council and the Committee on Jewish Law and Standards of the Rabbinical Assembly.

Rabbi Epstein was ordained in 1970 by the Jewish Theological Seminary of America.  He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and of Temple University.

Rabbi Epstein has been a member of the Board of Governors since June 1998.
