Emergency Hotline for Citizens of the Sderot and Surrounding Gaza Area Residents

The Jewish Agency has established an emergency hotline for residents of the Sderot and surrounding Gaza area. The hotline will help families find accommodations with host families in the central areas of the country. The hotline will also provide support to families who were directly harmed by the Kassam bombings and provide information to new immigrants residing in the South.

Teachers for Israel

English Teachers Project

 

There is a growing demand for qualified English teachers in Israel at the elementary and high school level. This need provides a golden opportunity to aliyah candidates from English-speaking countries to fill these positions. The Jewish Agency for Israel, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption, and Nefesh B'Nefesh have partnered to launch an English Teachers Project for new olim.More
