Location
Haifa is the capital of the North and Israel's third largest city. This residential city with a decidedly European flavor, has rich and diverse cultural offerings.
Haifa has a unique geography, which includes a breathtaking coastline with a boardwalk, restaurants and cafes on one side of the city and the Carmel mountains on the other side, which are the location for green neighborhoods with a magnificent view of the sea and high quality of life.

It also boasts world-class institutions of higher education, including the Technion; the Matam hi-tech industrial zone; and six hospitals, in which many olim have found employment as physicians and in other medical support professions.
It is a city characterized by its pluralism and coexistence, warm welcoming reception of new immigrants and high quality of life.

Accommodation
This newly-established 5-month ulpan is geared towards, single olim, aged 22-35 who are University or College graduates. Participants are housed in 4-roomed apartments, each with their own room, on the Port Campus (Campus HaNamal).
The apartments are in a newly renovated building, with a view of the sea. The rooms are furnished and include: a microwave, fridge, toaster oven and a cooking range. There is also air-conditioning and wireless internet.
There are also coin-operated washing-machines.
Participants must bring their own towels and bedding.
One meal a day-lunch- is provided.
