It also gives information on rental and mortgage assistance for olim and non-olim and has a calculator (in Hebrew only) to calculate mortgages for new immigrants.
www.health.gov.il The official site of Misrad HaBriyut (Ministry of Health). There is English on the site, but you won't find any useful information in English.
www.mof.gov.il The Finance Ministry’s official site, including information on mas rechisha (apartment purchase tax). There are also a number of calculators including one on compulsory car insurance and income tax. The site is in English and Hebrew, although most of the useful information is in Hebrew. Not all the information has been translated into English.

http://www.mfa.gov.il/MFA The Ministry of Foreign Affairs site is a well-designed page covering Israel from every angle. In the “facts” section: education, economy, health, science, civics, etc are all explained with photos and charts. Three excellent on-line publications are Ariel, Israel Review of Arts and Letters, panim, faces of art and culture in Israel and the new monthly, Israel Magazine-On-Web.
