Over 200 delegates attended the 4th Annual Partnership 2000 Conference in Jerusalem, "Jewish Peoplehood Every Day Around the World", held in conjunction with the Jewish Peoplehood Hub. Jewish Agency Chairman Natan Sharansky and Partnership 2000 Co-Chair Raya Strauss Bendror presented "Partnership Awards of Excellence" to four projects:
- Western Galilee - Central Area Consortium (Akron, Canton, Dayton, Toledo, Youngstown, Ohio; Indianapolis, Northwest, South Bend, Indiana; Des Moines, Iowa; Omaha, Nebraska; Austin, Dallas, Ft. Worth, San Antonio, Waco, Texas): Triwizard Teen Project
- Nesher - Broward County: Roots Project
- Arad-Tamar - New Jersey–Delaware: Eco Connection
- Beer Sheva-Bnei Shimon – Montreal: School Living Bridge Project

Jewish Agency Director General Alan Hoffman spoke about Jewish Peoplehood and its meaning for the Jewish Agency and Partnership 2000, while Reut Institute President Gidi Grinstein focused on Partnership 2000 as a new paradigm for Israel-Diaspora relations (Download Powerpoint Presentation).
Partnerships Division Director Andrea Arbel addressed participants on "Partnership 2000: From Building Partnership to Strengthening Jewish Peoplehood" (Download Powerpoint Presentation).
Dr. Shlomi Ravid of the Jewish Peoplehood Hub facilitated a panel discussion, "From Vision to Reality - Peoplehood at the Heart of Partnership Programming", with panelists including:
- Dan Harkabi, Co-Chair of Partnership 2000 Kiryat Gat-Lachish-Shafir - Chicago
- Harold Gernsbacher, Co-Chair of Partnership 2000 Western Galilee - Central Area Consortium
- Smadar Bar-Akiva, Executive Director of the World Confederation of Jewish Community Centers
- Hagar Shoham-Marko, Director of Partnership 2000 Tel Aviv - Los Angeles
Makom Director Yonatan Ariel provided closing thoughts on the discussion.

Conference participants viewed a mini theater performance, "Kalabat Shabbat", and took part in roundtable discussions on issues such as Jewish Identity, Volunteerism, Building Civic Society and Creating Strategic Alliances.
