The "Living Bridge" Mural Was Donated This Week To The Western Galilee Hospital In Nahariya.

Written by: Einav Hadari, spokeswoman for the Western Galilee Hospital - Nahariya

This week saw the unveiling of this large mural that was hung at the hospital's main lobby.

The painting constitutes a metaphor for man's spiritual and physical journeys, and represents mainly the will to build and enhance ties within the communities.

The unveiling ceremony was attended by Hospital Manager, Dr. Massad Barhum, Chairman of the Friends of the Western Galilee Hospital Foundation, Mr. Amir Yarchi, and the Director of Partnership 2000 Western Galilee of the Jewish Agency, Mrs. Li-At Cohen.

This artistic piece, painted by the artist Joani Rothenberg from Indianapolis, was created during the course of 2010 at the Jewish Community Center in Indianapolis and was donated by the Glick family, who reside in Indianapolis, the United States.
